MANILA, Philippines – Rapper BoB made headlines recently after tweeting about his theory that the Earth is flat, and among the social media users that have reacted was famous astrophysicist Neil deGrasse Tyson.
It all started when BoB sent out several tweets early this week, claiming that the Earth is actually flat and that NASA scientists have been lying to us all along.

Neil then replied to two of BoB's tweets that supposedly defended his flat Earth theory.
Neil is one of the heads of the Hayden Planetarium in New York City, and has hosted and written several shows and books about space. He's worked with NASA and is a recipient of the NASA Distinguished Public Service Medal.

"Flat Earth is a problem only when people in charge think that way. No law stops you from regressively basking in it," Neil continued, but added that BoB was still a good rapper in spite of his theories.

True enough, BoB released a track called "Flatline," where he calls out Neil and raps about his conspiracy theories. "Neil Tyson need to loosen up his vest / They'll probably write that man one hell of a check," says BoB on the track, which has since been deleted from Soundcloud.

In response, Neil tweeted a track on Wednesday, January 27 written and rapped by his nephew Steve Tyson. "Flat to Fact" slams BoB, with lines like, "I think it's very clear that Bobby didn't read enough / And he's believing all this conspiracy theory stuff."
