MANILA, Philippines – Taylor Swift rang in the new year with a new music video.
The video for her single, "Out of the Woods," premiered on Thursday, December 31, in the US on ABC's Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve with Ryan Seacrest. Dick Clark's new year countdown is an annual special, which features performances at New York's Times Square.
In the video, Taylor runs through trees and – as the song's title suggests – tries to get out of the woods, with wolves at her heels.
A day before the premiere, Taylor posted a still from the video on Instagram, captioning it with lyrics from the song: "Are we out of the woods yet?"
