MANILA, Philippines – The most stunning couture gowns, the snaps of camera flashes, and everywhere you look, star after star converging on the red carpet. There's nothing quite like the Star Magic Ball, where some of the biggest names in Philippine showbiz step out in their formal best and – well, have a ball.
