Accompanying Marian's photo was a message to Dingdong, thanking him for being with her throughout her pregnancy and 18-hour labor.
She continued, "At sa araw nga na iyon ng Nov 23, tuluyan na talaga tayong naging kumpleto; kasama ng Panginoon, ikaw, ako, at siya – si Maria Letizia. Ngayon, masasabi ko na tayo'y isa nang ganap na pamilya, at ako'y isa nang ganap na ina. Napakasarap ng biyayang ito."
(And on that day, November 23, we became complete; with the Lord, you, me, and her – Maria Letizia. Now, I can say that we're a complete family, and I'm a complete mother. This is such a wonderful blessing.)

Marian and Dingdong first announced that they were expecting their first child in April, and confirmed in June that they were having a girl.
