MANILA, Philippines – Filipino group 4th Impact made a good impression on the coaches of X-Factor UK Saturday, October 31, in week one of the live performances.

The ladies performed Ariana Grande's "Problem."

UPDATE: 4th Impact made it through the first round of eliminations on Sunday, November 1. Bupsi from Simon Cowell’s team and Alien Uncovered from Cheryl Fernandez-Versini’s team were eliminated. Eleven acts remain in the competition.

Simon Cowell said that it was a fantastic performance from the sisters.

“You've got a great attitude. I have to hand this to you tonight. You've done an outstanding job. The song was perfect, the choreography was great. The vocals were fantastic. Girls, congratulations," he said.

Rita Ora and Nick Grimshaw also commended the ladies for their performance.

"I'm so happy that you did that song, that's so much more you. Perfect song for you. And I just think you just set the level this competition needs to be at. It was incredible, it was perfect,” Nick said.

The ladies' mentor Cheryl Fernandez-Versini expressed how happy she was with how they have performed.

"Honestly, I couldn't be more proud. Please, you have to stop thanking us. We're thankful to have you," she said.

Last October 24, the group made it to the next round after they were chosen in the Top 13.  4th Impact is the last remaining Filipino talent on the show after Neneth Lyons failed to make it to the 6 chair challenge last October 19.

Seann Miley Moore, a Filipino-British singer also made it to  the next round of the competition.  He performed David Bowie’s “Life on Mars.”

"I just wanted to be up there and be a part of it all with you. This is what I'm talking about - this is so amazing!  You are an artist, you are a visionary. And you hit them notes like boom, boom, boom!  So congratulations - thank you for your individuality," Rita told Sean.

Cheryl meanwhile said: "How I would see you in concert.  Your concert.  That was outstanding. I was fixated the whole way through." – Rappler.com
