THE HAGUE, Netherlands – They're not your usual boring stamps showing bucolic scenes or national landmarks. Instead, the Dutch post office is rolling out a collection with supermodel Doutzen Kroes in a series of poses.
The black-and-white pictures featured on the 10 different stamps, which go on sale from Monday, September 12 from PostNL, have been snapped by another Dutch icon, photographer and music video director Anton Corbijn.

Kroes says the pictures are "atmospheric and full of emotion."
"I usually see my photos in magazines and on posters. Photos in postage stamp format have different requirements in order to come across powerfully," she said in a statement Saturday, September 10.
The ten stamps are marked Netherland 1 and are destined for mailing letters within the country.
Kroes, 31, is also known as one of the faces of the cosmetics company L'Oreal.– Rappler.com
