MANILA, Philippines – The Ang Probinsyano trailer, starring Coco Martin and Maja Salvador was released on September 4. (READ: Coco Martin: I'm going to be careful about endorsing anybody in 2016)
Ang Probinsyano is a TV remake of the Fernando Poe Jr movie of the same name.
The trailer gives us a glimpse of Coco Martin as Ador going through his police academy training and eventually, his life as a member of the force.
The cast of Ang Probinsyano recently attended a screening of the 1997 movie, held in tribute of the late FPJ on his birthday. (IN PHOTOS: Susan Roces, Grace Poe lead star-studded FPJ tribute movie screening) Aside from Coco and Maja, the cast of Ang Probinsyano includes FPJ's wife Susan Roces, Albert Martinez, and Bela Padilla.
