MANILA, Philippines – Fans of the Warcraft video game franchise are likely eagerly awaiting the June release of the upcoming Warcraft movie.
In the meantime, the Warcraft movie army is starting to bring out its forces by releasing a new trailer to show off the film's visuals.
Backed by some non-fantasy dubstep music, the new trailer's second half appears to focus quite a bit on the more video game-like aspect – featuring special effects and the look of orcs and dwarves. At the same time, you get to see the intermingling of CGI and human acting in some of the scenes.
Not a fan of dubstep? Not to worry! Duncan Jones himself clarifies that it's mainly for the marketing. We'll likely have a much more fantasy-appropriate score in the film.
