Miss Universe Philippines 2020 contestant Sandra Lemonon is dating PBA player Sol Mercado.
The beauty queen and model shared sweet photos of her and Sol in an Instagram post on Wednesday, September 29, calling him “the biggest blessing” she has ever received.
“You make me feel all the butterflies and always put a big smile on my face. The love that we share for one another is pure. It is a love I’ve always wished to share with my significant other,” she wrote.
“I am so grateful to share and build life together and I can confidently say that you are the one for me. Thank you for being my guardian Angel and always protecting me and letting me be me. Life is definitely better with you,” she added, ending her post with the hashtag “rideordie.”
Sol also shared a late birthday post for Sandra on Instagram, due to his “attempt of being present as possible for her birthday weekend.”
“What’s understood doesn’t have to be explained. That’s US! Never have I had anyone get me and understand me the way you do, we constantly on the same vibration and I appreciate and love you more than can be explained through this post,” Sol wrote.
“Looking forward to continuing this journey together, life is so much better with you by my side! Happy Birthday my love, I’m grateful for you and your existence,” he added, also using the same “rideordie” hashtag.
Sandra was Taguig City’s representative at the Miss Universe Philippines 2020 pageant. She made it to the Top 16. Sandra also joined Binibining Pilipinas in 2018 and Miss World Philippines in 2016.
Sol was previously engaged to actress Denise Laurel for three years. They called off their engagement in October 2016. Sol, a three-time basketball champion, left North Port Batang Pier in 2020 to join the Phoenix Fuel Masters. – Rappler.com
