Argo star Ben Affleck and Knives Out star Ana de Armas have split up after almost a year of dating, US media reports.
A source told PEOPLE that the couple separated in January 2021, with Ana breaking it off because the relationship was “complicated” – Ben needed to stay in Los Angeles with his kids, and Ana didn’t want to be based there.
However, the break-up was mutual and “amicable,” and that the two are just in “different points in their lives” where they are both happy, the source said.
Ben, 48, and Ana, 32, began dating in March 2020 while filming their upcoming thriller Deep Water in New Orleans. The two quarantined together in Ben’s Los Angeles home sometime in the summer, with Ana also spending time with Ben’s kids with ex-wife Jennifer Garner: Violet, 14; Seraphina, 11; and Samuel, 8. – Rappler.com
